Bundaberg PALM Health Program
The Bundaberg PALM Health Program aims to improve health outcomes for people in the Bundaberg region with the PALM scheme, through culturally grounded engagement, inclusive co-design, and strategic systems change.
This project is funded by Country to Coast Queensland through the Primary Health Network (PHN) program and is supported by the Resilient CARE program.
The Bundaberg PALM Health Program is coordinated locally by IMPACT community services, bringing together a consortium of expert partners in cultural engagement, research, and systems change. The goal is to co-design practical, culturally safe solutions that address health challenges faced by people from the Pacific Islands and Timor-Leste who are in the Bundaberg region with the PALM scheme.
