Bundaberg PALM Health Program

The Bundaberg PALM Health Program ran from December 2025 to September 2026 and aimed to improve health outcomes for people in the Bundaberg region with the PALM scheme, through culturally grounded engagement, inclusive co-design, and strategic systems change.

This project was funded by Country to Coast Queensland through the Primary Health Network (PHN) program and supported by the Resilient CARE program.

The Bundaberg PALM Health Program was implemented locally by IMPACT community services, bringing together a consortium of expert partners in cultural engagement, research, and systems change.
